This
well appointed, elevated ground floor residential apartment
with private parking overlooks the Fife coastline with views
of the Tay Estuary and Tay Bridge. Accommodation has fresh
neutral décor and offers a kitchen/diner, family bath and
shower, 2 double bedrooms and a spacious lounge/dining area.
With Fife only 2 minutes drive across the bridge quick and
easy access can be gained, to the historic town of St. Andrews.
Both
Carnoustie and St Andrews boast championship golf courses.
Dundee and Angus County will play host to the 2007 Open golf
championship. The apartment is ideally base for golfing holidays,
short breaks and sightseeing trips around Scotland. This modern
city apartment sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Dundee the
“City of Discovery” provides visitors with many sightseeing,
shopping, leisure and fun activities. Access routes from Dundee
provide day trip gateways for visitors to explore many other
areas of Scotland including the highlands and all major cities.
Living
Rooms The bright lounge faces the front of the property
and has an extendable dining table that will seat 6-8 guests.
The full sized window overlooks the esturay. The front room
has a fold out bed settee that can accomodate 2 guests. Additional
chairs are also available within the front room. A television
with DVD is present.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer,
hob, oven, microwave etc. The kitchen has a small seating
area and is surrounded with fitted units. The kitchen comes
equipped with pots, pans, plates, crockery, utensils. .
Bedrooms
The double sized master bedroom to the front of the property
accommodates a king size bed, wardrobe storage and a window
with views of the river Tay. The second double bedroom is
extremely versatile and has an adult sized single bed, in
addition to a top bunk with an adult sized futon folding out
from the bottom below. The futon provides seating and/or a
full sized double adult sized bed. The second room would accommodate
a number of guest permutations for example sleeping up to
4 children comfortably or 2/3 adults comfortably with 1 child
or any other permutation. The second room has a fitted wardrobe,
and a desk/dressing table. Both bedrooms are freshly decorated
and the second bedroom is equiped with a small TV , a play
station and variety of boxed games and toys housed within
the cupboard
Bathroom
A sizable clean family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc,
and wash hand basin.
Cleaning
& Linen
All Towels and linen are supplied with the property. Guests
are however asked to bring their own beach towels. The property
is cleaned and prepared prior to the rental. Guests are asked
to vacum carpets and generally maintain standards of cleanliness
within the home during their stay. If staying more than a
week, an additional maid service is available for changing
sheets, vacuming and dusting.
Accomodation
Notes All heating, electricity, linen and towels are included
in the price. Our guests also receive a complimentary welcome
pack on arrival. Sorry — no smoking or pets allowed.
Outside
Private parking and on street parking available. Outside
drying facilities are available in communial courtyard.

Notes A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure
booking. 8 weeks prior to holiday the remaining balance must
be paid
Changeover
day Change over days usually run from Friday to Friday
however changeover days are flexible. Arrival times are usually
from 4pm until 6pm. These can be negotiated with prior warning.
Departures are usually before 10am however these can be negotiated
depending upon other bookings.
